It is possible to determine in advance what outsourcing your administration with us will cost. For that reason, you are welcome at our office to meet our company and staff. We would very much like to introduce you to the services Djent Administratie has developed to take as much work out of your hands as possible. After that we can determine a personalised rate based on your wishes.
What are the opening hours of Djent Administratie?
From Monday to Friday we are at the office between 08:00 and 18:00. It is possible to make an appointment outside the opening hours if desired.

What is a becon number?
Djent Administratie B.V. is in the possession of a becon number. This becon number is provided by the Belastingdienst to tax consultants. The advantage is that we receive extra information about future alterations and information of the Dutch tax system. With this number we can also send VAT declarations directly from our accounting package to the Belastingdienst. Our Becon number is: 443621.
Can I set up my own invoices or am I bound by a standard lay-out?
Yes, you can use your own invoices that you have provided with your own house style, company logo, address and terms of payment.
What is the view of the Belastingdienst on administration offices/agents?
As an entrepreneur you can assume that the Belastingdienst has more confidence in a declaration that is done by an administration office than a declaration that is done by the entrepreneur himself. Not only is the chance of an audit by the Belastingdienst smaller when an administration office handles your tax affairs, you also do not have to worry about your tax declaration or a visit from the tax inspector any longer.
What does it cost to request an offer from Djent Administratie B.V.?
At Djent Administratie you can request an offer without any cost. We would prefer to meet you in person because we think that you as our client, both individual or as a company, have to feel a certain connection with us.
